This is a scene from the movie Truman, in which Harry Truman (played by Gary Sinise) consults with his staff, generals, and even close friends on the decision to drop the Atomic Bomb on Japan.

On a side note, my father served in the second world war, in the Army and Trumans decision to drop the bomb almost certainly saved his life. Enjoy!!
