The day after the Jack's Donut Hole Championship, Randy and I made our way down to McCordsville, Indiana to Trax BBQ to take on their huge Half-Sheet BBQ Platter Challenge! Hungry barbecue enthusiasts have one hour to finish 4 9oz portions of BBQ meat including pulled chicken, pulled pork, brisket, and sausages along with 4 sides including coleslaw, mac n cheese, corn hush puppies, and potato salad. Winners earn their $60 meal for free, a groovy gift pack, and a spot up on the Wall of Fame!
