This recipe is very easy, but it takes time. To develop the fullest flavor, marinate the pork overnight.
I’m going to prepare the pork adobo or pork rub with couple of day ahead and place it on the refrigerator, this will help infuse all those flavors together before I rub the pork the day before roasting it
This adobo or rub is also great to use it for roasting turkey or chicken and to marinate the famous pavochon
