Ingredients:
2 spring onion stalks - chopped
1/3 cup carrot - grated
1/2 Tbs ginger - grated
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tbsp Fish sauce
2 cloves of garlic - grushed
handful of Coriander - chopped
1 kg chicken mince
1 fresh chilli large (not too hot!) - chopped
1 egg beaten
1 table spoon sesame seeds
Sprinkle of ground paprika
Sprinkle of Salt and pepper
5 sheets of puff pastry
Directions:
Add chicken mince, spring onion, carrot, ginger, garlic, cumin, chilli and sprinkle of salt and pepper into a large bowl and mix together.
Using the puff pastry, spoon chicken mixture and spread it all along one side. Roll the pastry tightly until you reach the opposite end. Complete with other pastry rolls.
Cut into 4 pieces on each roll.
Using the beaten egg, brush over each piece of pastry making sure you've covered the entire top.
Sprinkle paprika and sesame seeds on top and bake in the oven of 180degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve with sweet chilli or tomato sauce!
