Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division hosts Day 1 of the International Submarine Races (ISR) at the David Taylor Model Basin in West Bethesda, Md. Teams from Canada, Poland, the U.K. and across the United States made final tweaks to their human-powered submarines before hitting the water for their Wet Test.
