Leading to an instant feeling of rejuvenation.
Keeps you healthy during whole life.
Daily practice is required, at least 6 times a week you should exercise to keep your gross and subtle energies aligned.
Important to really start with only 3 or repetitions and slowly increase the number otherwise and can cause lower back and neck pain.
After a couple of weeks when you reach 21 repetitions please don´t do more than that.
If any of these exercises is to hard then just do it slightly. Like for example the upward looking dog is a very advanced yoga asana. No need to go fully into it if you are not experienced. Just do what you can and go with your own pace.
Best warm up for yoga, pranayama or mediation.
Perform the movements like a meditation, it´s not a gym workout.
Slow, conscious and rhythmic breathing will help you to go even deeper during the 5 rites.
Take extra precautions and consult your doctor if you have:
# Heart or breathing problems
# Neurological disorder
# Conditions that causes dizziness
# Pregnancy
