This is how to disassemble and repair a Briggs and Stratton horizontal shaft motor. I removed this motor from my tiller, disassembled, and rebuilt it because it had ZERO compression. I got lucky on this repair. This engine could have been seriously damaged. TOOLS USED BELOW:

This engine could have needed a new piston, piston rings, connecting rod, etc, but I got REAL LUCKY! It is a 90's Briggs and Stratton I/C 7HP.
