This double Indian clubs routine is called Rostam, after the warrior hero in Persian mythology,
Many of the club swinging moves are attacks and parries, which was taken in consideration of the whole choreography.
The moves are timed to the music track, but could be done to a metronome set at 70 beats per minute.
Timing the moves add an extra dimension to the routine, a true display of mindfulness in motion.

Thierry is swinging a pair of 3kg clubs, or a 6kg meel set, by using Pahlavandles and 2 x 1,5 liter bottles filled with sand.
