On 3 separate occasions I have attempted to make the transition to BAREFOOT RUNNING SHOES (with both VIBRAM FIVE FINGERSS, and VIVO BAREFOOT) and all 3 times I have experienced an increase in pain and soreness in feet, ankles and knees.
