Our original methods for firing the ovens were a lot more involved, requiring you to add more timber to the fire every 15 minutes or so in order to keep it burning. The Fire & Forget method allows you to put the entire load of fuel (timber) into the oven right at the start, get it set up then just light it and let it burn. It frees up so much more time for preparing food and spending quality time with your family and friends who have come to eat the food!
