A large variable consistency tumor destroying entire sternal body is resected .The tumor was clear of underlying pericardium and lung though a solid component of the tumor projecting into anterior mediastinum was adherent to these structures. The sternal defect was replaced using a bone cement wrapped in a mesh and covered by bilateral pectoralis major muscle flaps
