Here's the recipe:

GRAPEFRUIT JALAPEÑO MARTINI
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Vodka
1 oz. (30ml) Lime Juice
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Fresh Grapefruit Juice
Splash Sparkling Grapefruit Juice
Chili Powder
Salt
Jalapeño Slices

PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of martini glass with lime juice and chili salt mixture. Set aside.
2. To an ice filled glass combine vodka and jalapeño slices and shake well. Strain mix into martini glass.
3. Top with sparkling grapefruit juice and garnish with jalapeño slices. Enjoy responsibly!
