Mustard Seeds (കടുക്) - ½ Teaspoon
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) - ¾ Inch Piece
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 5 Cloves
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 2 Nos
Onion (സവോള) - 2 Medium Size (250 gm)
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി) - ¼ Teaspoon
Coriander Powder (മല്ലിപ്പൊടി) - 2 Tablespoons
Chilli Powder (മുളകുപൊടി) - 1 Teaspoon
Garam Masala (ഗരം മസാല) - 1 Teaspoon
Hot Water (ചൂടുവെള്ളം) - 3 Cups (750 ml)
Potato (ഉരുളക്കിഴങ്ങ്) - 2 Medium Size (250 gm)
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 2 Sprigs
