We looked at Cost of Living, housing, health care deductibles, insurance, and Utilities. These towns are the best bet for the average person on Social Security or some other sort of fixed income.
Today we are looking at the Mid-West States. Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, Ohio, Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana.
