To commemorate the beginning of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, my amazing guest, Ms. Neerja Malik, from Chennai, India is a true inspiration to everyone she meets.
Neerja and I met during a very successful virtual event: The Women Economic Forum held in Bangalore, India where we were both recipients of distinguished awards " ICONIC WOMEN CREATING A BETTER WORLD FOR ALL" for our humanitarian activities, passion, and work. Since then, we have become SOUL SISTERS, across continents. A very intelligent, spiritually deep, effervescent, lady with a regal presence, she is a public personality of repute you wouldn’t believe has been through hell and back. She is a 2-time cancer survivor, oops, she prefers to call herself a Cancer Conqueror, not a survivor and I totally agree with her. What you speak is manifested in the spiritual realm.
For the last 22 years, Neerja has been counseling cancer patients and their caregivers with such passion and dedication while touching so many other lives and giving hope, and positivity. She never gets tired and is always on standby to help people affected by cancer even at odd hours. She is a TEDx and inspirational Speaker who has authored a book titled, “I Inspire” where she narrates how she has overcome her adversities in life with faith, grit, and grace. Her primary responsibility is to encourage & inspire all and sundry across India and beyond.
