Besan cha pola is a quick breakfast or a side dish that we make often at home. We make it super crispy and I love it this way!

Ingredients I used:
- 3/4 cup @allde.allde besan flour
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- Salt
- Turmeric
- Red chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- Cumin powder
- Ginger garlic paste
- Green chillies
- Carrom seeds/ajwain
- Chopped onions
- Coriander leaves
- Water
- Oil
Tips for crispy besancha pola:
- Make the batter runny (like shown in the video)
- Make sure to use rice flour too
