For episode 7 of Gone But Not Forgotten, we’re paying a tribute to Ford India, a company whose cars have always been great fun to drive. In Part 1 of this two part special, we’ll be looking at how the Ford story began in India in 1995, followed by a look at some of their lovely driver’s cars on sale, including the ‘josh’ machine – the Ford Ikon. We’ve also driven both the generations of the Ford Figo, the sporty Fiesta 1.6 S and the newer Fiesta with a DCT gearbox, along with Ford’s sub 4-metre sedan, the Figo Aspire. And in Part 2 of this special which drops tomorrow, there’s a lot more to come!
