A dual Russian American citizen, Ksenia Karelina, was arrested in the city of Yekaterinburg by Russian officials while visiting relatives overseas. They accuse her of donating $50 to a Ukrainian charity.
Karelina's mother-in-law said in an interview with NewsNation she was surprised her daughter-in-law traveled to Russia at such a dangerous time.
