Using tea bags as an art supply is an easy (and very affordable) way to make great paper art. This is coming to you in three parts. In Part 1: Today I show how to prepare your tea bags, then how to decorate using mixed media techniques. Finally, we will look at ways to use these altered tea bags in your own projects.
