More than 200,000 people have been forced to flee in the Central African Republic (CAR) in less than two months. Some 100,000 people are internally displaced and others have sought refuge in neighbouring countries. Most have fled to the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). UNHCR is urgently appealing to the international community to mobilize funds, so humanitarian organizations can deliver life-saving assistance to the Central African refugees and their hosts.
