We all have lost many of our regular customers during this second Wave of Pandemic. But the surprising fact is most corporate restaurant chains have not only managed to hold on to their customers base but have managed to add new customers. Most probably, we have all lost customers to these big restaurant groups.
But the good news is that we can all learn from this method to acquire new customers to grow our market share.
The best way to acquire new customers is to make them trust you and your products. That way, whenever they think of ordering food, they think of you and not your competitors.

Here is the three-step method to acquire new customers by gaining their trust.
Step 1 is stating the obvious: Be the leader in following Covid Protocol. Do not be satisfied by doing the bare minimum. Make sure all the fruits & Veggies are dipped in 100 ppm Chlorine solution.
Sanitize kitchen before & after each shift. Do not let vendors enter your kitchen. Make sure that your staff wear PPE kits when they handle cartons that have just been delivered.
Step 2 Is the easy part: Showcase your covid protocols. Ensure that you have two posts a day talking about why the food from your kitchen will be safe for your customers. But the best way to gain customers trust is to go live on Facebook or Instagram. You could title the live event as “ What is Covid Safe Food”. During these live events, you can showcase your kitchen in the background. Do not worry if there are only 5-6 people during the live event; you can always repurpose this event by posting the live video again.

This way, you can start acquiring new leads for free. And since these people trust your quality. You are very likely to convert these leads into paying customers.
