300g spaghetti ( bucatini)

1 chilli pepper /chilli flakes
10 g parsley 🌿
3 to 4 tbsp olive oil ( good quality )
1/2 cup pasta water
…cook pasta according to the packaging
In salt water
In a wok/skillet
Add olive oil until it’s hot enough to not over cook
