300g spaghetti ( bucatini)
10 cloves
1 chilli pepper /chilli flakes
10 g parsley 🌿
3 to 4 tbsp olive oil ( good quality )
1/2 cup pasta water
…cook pasta according to the packaging
In salt water
In a wok/skillet
Add olive oil until it’s hot enough to not over cook

。Sauté for 1 to 2 minutes
Add cook spaghetti
Mix thoroughly and sauté for a minute

。parsley
And pasta water, in this case it was spaghetti
1/2 cup of that liquid good
Emulsion time
Mix thoroughly until water and oil becomes sauce
If it’s not enough sauce
Add more olive and more pasta water and mix until it becomes
