Welcome back to another episode of What I Eat In a Day! I have been craving spicy food so today we are making some of my favourite spicy recipes along with some delicious healthy sides.
For breakfast, I made 10 10-minute Chili Oil Egg Rice Bowl, the perfect way to start the day! A little bit of butter and Mama’s Chili Oil…always hits the spot. I had a bunch of vegetables in the fridge, so I had to make my favorite Vegetable Pancakes. I made sure to make enough for leftovers! I was also craving something warm, so I quickly whipped up a bowl of my 10-minute Noodle Soup. After lunch, I went boxing with my friend. It is such a great stress reliever and an amazing exercise! I was still craving something spicy for dinner, so I made a delicious bowl of spicy honey-glazed salmon!
