INGREDIENTS:

Oil
Onion
chilli flakes
3-4 green chillies
1 red chilli
1 block garlic and ginger
Salt
cardamoms (elachi)
Black peppercorn
Bay leaf (rip in half)
2-3 cinnamon sticks
green peppers (or any colour)
Meat (We used meat pieces from lamb chops.)


Spices:
haldi (turmeric)
chilli powder
mixed curry powder
jeera (cumin powder)
dhaniya (coriander powder)
