If you ever wanted to know how to make crostini it is really simple. In this recipe we use spicy chorizo, goat cheese, a little bit of garlic butter, and a country French bread. You can use any kind of toppings you like. We make all kinds of different crostini appetizers like roast beef and cheddar crostini, chorizo and egg crostini for breakfast, pepperoni pizza crostini... just use your imagination.

They are easy to make and everybody loves them.

Slice the French bread into 1/2" thick slices
Brush the bread with the garlic butter
Spread on some goat cheese
Toast the bread on the grill or in the oven
Top it off with some sliced chorizo
Garnish the crostini with a jalapeño
Enjoy!
