In service design it's common practice to reframe the problem before you start working on a solution. But what if your client gives you the impression that they already know what the solution needs to be?
And to make matters even more challenging... What if you don't get the opportunity to have important conversations upfront because you're bidding on a request for proposals?
That's exactly what happend to me.
I feel into the trap of not pushing back hard enough at the proposed solution the start of a project. So what happend is that we eventually delivered a solution but it didn't nearly have the impact it could have had.
