Expect to flow breath to movement and to create heat through the fluid poses and sequences. You will feel challenged through lunges, twists, warriors 2 and 3, goddess and boat poses. If you suffer from wrist or shoulder pain, this workout will provide some great relief. You will still feel the benefits of a strong power yoga class - without pressing through plank and chaturanga dozens of times!
