Ingredients:
4-5 leftover rotis (preferably slightly stale)
2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews)
Instructions:
Crumble the rotis into small pieces using your hands or a food processor.
Heat ghee in a pan on medium heat.
Add the crumbled roti to the pan and stir constantly for 5-7 minutes, until the roti pieces are golden brown and crispy.
Add sugar, cardamom powder, and chopped nuts to the pan and mix well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sugar has melted and the nuts are toasted.
Remove from heat and let the sweet crumbled roti cool for a few minutes before serving.
