The Liberal Party leader made the cringeworthy popular culture reference on Wednesday by claiming Kazakhstan would be 'thrilled' about the opposition's carbon tax. 'Over in Kazakhstan I'm sure they're pretty pleased about this, I'm sure they're absolutely thrilled about this,' he said during Question Time.
