Join us as we visit the City of Castelo Branco to check out the Christmas lights and market. Things dont really go according to plan but we get up to a bunch of cool stuff on the farm including some cold water dam swimming. We also have an awesome winter braai with some delicious steaks and we take you on a tour of the farm to show you how different everything is looking after all of the rains.

We are Ken & Gina. In 2019 we decided to have a mid-life crisis!
We weren't happy with the way things were going for us, so before Brexit, we sold our home and most of our our belongings, and drove to Portugal in our campervan Bob.
We bought a stunning farm in Castelo Branco where we live the good life with our beautiful animals. Back in 2019, we could not find any videos on life here for expats, so we started this channel, documenting our move from the city life to the farm life and buying a farm.
