What is a Freelancer Agreement?

A freelance contract is an agreement between freelancers and a company. It outlines the different terms and conditions of work undertaken by freelancers.

This agreement is crucial because it helps to build a just and fair relationship between the company and the freelance.

Freelancers can license their work to others and at the same time retain the right to use it for their own websites, books, projects etc.

A good agreement will help both the freelancer and the customer get clarity on what they want from each other. This would avoid misunderstanding between the parties at a later stage.
