Veg Crispy Kothey it's a Chinese Snack made with lots of veggies in it and in the rainy season you could easily get a variety of fresh vegetables.
So you could easily make this at home it's a very tasty and crispy dish. You just need to take all your favorite vegetables mix them in and Batter of corn starch and Maida, then just fry them twice to make them crispy. Then, you need to prepare a sauce and then mix all the fried vegetables in it and now it's ready to eat!!

1 Cup All-purpose Flour / Maida
1/2 Cup Corn Starch
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Salt
Water as required
2 Cup Cauliflower
1 Cup Capsicum
1 Cup Carrot
1 Cup Onion
1 Cup Potatoes
Oil for frying
For Sauce:
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Ginger
1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Green Chillies
1/2 Finely Chopped Onion
4-5 Tbsp Schezwan Sauce
2-3 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
1 Tbsp Vinegar
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
