More cottage living yay! In this Sims 4 speed build I'm building a Modern Barn Conversion using the new Sims 4 Cottage Living Expansion Pack! This old mill is located on a slight hill and is connected to the nearby farmhouse via a modern extension - you probably already know how much I love combining the old and the new together. The country home is kept in a modern farmhouse style in the interior in very dark colours with dark brown wood, black and white, wooden beams on the ceilings and 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, laundry room and a gorgeous living room in the modern extension. It is surrounded by a big lake which I made using the new pond tool so it's the perfect nature home! The British build is located in Olde Mill Hill (64x64) in Henford-on-Bagley, the brand new world full of cottages and farms.
