1. Listen with a pen in your hand. It shows that you value what the other person is saying.
2. The Thinker Pose is based on Rodin's famous "The Thinker" statue. To use this tip, slowly move one of your hands to the lower part of your face.
3. A simple head nod is a fantastic way to show you are listening.
4. Eye crinkling-- just soften your gaze a little bit while listening
You can also combine these techniques. (Hold a pen while moving a hand to your chin or nod your head while crinkling your eyes.)
