Why didn't I know about this cottage cheese and puff pastry recipe before? In just 5 minutes
A neighbor gave a recipe for a dessert made from puff pastry and cottage cheese. This recipe is great. Puff pastry buns are crispy and tender. Only 3 ingredients and 5 minutes of time. I cook when the guests are already at the table.

Ingredients:
Puff pastry - 230 g
Curd - 180 g
Sugar - 80 g
Raisins - 80 g
Egg yolk - 1 pc.

Bake at 180 g for about 25 minutes
