We like to let them sit in a jar with the “stem” side up 👆 the scales will naturally begin peeling off revealing the off white flesh inside. It’s best to eat this like a corn on the cob or cut off flesh with a knife. The fruit is super juicy with the flavor of pineapple, banana, mango!
