TLC's 1000-Lb Best Friends is a show centered around 4 best friends trying to lose weight and change their bad habits. In season 1, Vannessa Cross was the largest of the four, but now in season 2, she has lost over 200 lbs and is now the smallest in the group.

By comparison, her two best friends Meghan and Ashely have slipped up on their weight loss goals. They have both gained weight since last season and they're both in the same boat - but their reactions to Vannessa's success are completely different.
