here is a healthy and simple Vada recipe for you.. Vazhaipoo Vadai .. Made with Banana Flower and Chana Dal..Just try and enjoy the taste,,!!
Ingredients:-
Banana Flower - 1 no
Chana dal - 1/2 cup
green chilly - 2 no
ginger - 1" pc
garlic - 2 cloves
Onion - 1/2 of 1 big
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
red chilly powder - 1 tsp
cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp
clove powder - 2 pinch
fennel seeds - 1/2 tbsp. crushed
asafoetida powder - 1/2 tsp
coriander leaves - 1/2 cup chopped
curry leaves
salt
Oil
