This Pineapple Kimchi Recipe is my favourite Modern Korean Banchan. Banchan are just small plates served at the beginning or with the main or protein of most Korean meals. This recipe is super simple and takes 10-15 min to make. And unlike nappa cabbage kimchi this Pineapple Korean Banchan can be eaten right away. 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger
3 Large Garlic Cloves
1 Tbsp Korean Anchovy or Thai Fish Sauce
