Use this technical warm up to get the players either ready to play, or work on their first touch and dribbling. This drill is effective as the players don't start dribbling from a 'cold start'. They are to receive the ball, and set themself up for the dribble with a positive first touch.
There are plenty of variations for this drill, change the direction, change the receiving, and change the type of touch going through the cones.
