This delicious, flavorful and easy steamed tofu with minced pork recipe is absolutely yummy! Give it a try!

Serves 3

INGREDIENTS :

250g minced pork
1 block soft/silky Tofu
1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
A few drops of sesame oil
1/3 cup of water
Cornstarch solution ( 1Tbsp water + 1 tsp cornstarch)
3 cloves of garlic ( chopped)
1 stalk spring onions (divided)
1 red chilli (thinly sliced)
