How to bake Tahini Cookies recipe (vegan and gluten free)
This Tahini cookies are vegan and gluten free. They are easy to bake in 15 minutes and you only need 5 ingredients.
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup tahini (smooth)
1/3–1/2 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350F (175c)
Mix maple syrup, tahini and vanilla extract in a bowl.
Put in oat flour, baking powder and cinnamon and mix to a dough. If its sticky add some water.
Roll balls and press to cookie shapes.
Bake for 10 minutes.
