Vindicator's double dodge buff has massively improved the smoothness of game play for this EoD specialization. This build has access to both powerful range and melee bursts that can be deadly when used correctly on a full push or a coordinated spike.

Unlike Herald, Vindicator provides almost no group buffs, and mainly acts as a pure DPS role such as Berserker and Dragonhunter, but it offers more range harass and pick potential to combo with pulls.
