Cooking Spare Ribs on the Bradley Smoker is a very easy way to do ribs. This rib recipe is easy and taste wonderful. They have just the right amount of heat and sweetness that everyone will love them. Just trim up your spare ribs, apply a light coat of mustard on all sides as a binder. Then apply a layer of Chupacabra Cajun rub on all sides. Then apply a layer of Killer Hogs "The BBQ Rub" on the ribs. Place in a preheated 250 degree smoker with Apple wood and smoke for three hours. Remove from smoker and wrap in aluminum foil with butter and brown sugar. Place back on 250 degree smoker, meat side down, for one hour. Remove from aluminum foil and coat with your favorite BBQ sauce. Place ribs on rack meat side up and smoke in 250 degree smoker for one finally hour. Remove from smoker, allow to rest 15 minutes slice and serve. These will be the best ribs you've ever had.
