Here's Joplin's earlier, original version of "The Ragtime Dance" (more or less...). Recorded on my recently-acquired 1927 M. Schulz piano!
There's also a surprise during the stop-time section!
I've fully restored that ~1850s Kirkman upright behind me, and re-tightened the pinblock with CA glue. Nonetheless, I have tuned it a semitone flat to go easy on the 'ol beast. So, when I switch pianos here, I'm also switching keys up a semitone!
