This short video describes how to make a 3D Felt Flower using an Electric Sander. This tutorial comes with a safety warning. Please always wear rubber shoes and always use a grounded wall plug. Never allow the sander to come into contact with water. Always use as little water as is necessary to wet the fibers completely without soaking them. Always keep a barrier of plastic between the wet felt and the sander.
