This is a two part show, and this is part 2 where he grills the marinated chicken and pork skewers, makes a peanut satay sauce with coconut milk, curry paste, peanuts, and sesame, and he grills up some baby bok choy. Ryan Rose learned how to cook by spending time with his grandmother in Georgia. He's been in Tennessee for a majority of his life, starting in East TN and then moving to Nashville over 15 years ago. When he's not working, he loves to man the grill, do long smokes of meat, and making a variety of recipes.
