Ingredients :
Preparation of Bhuna Masala :
6 Byadgi Chillies
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
½ tsp Pepper Corns
¼ tsp Fenugreek Seeds (methi seeds)
½ tsp Cumin Seeds (jeera)
½ tsp Fennel Seeds (saunf)
Preparation of Bhuna Gosht :
600 gms Mutton (shanks or cut pieces) washed & cut
1 large Onion (sliced thinly)
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
1 ½ Garlic Paste
4 tbsp Curds (well-beaten)
1 cup Fried Onions (wherever required)
1 tsp Kasuri Methi (dry fenugreek leaves)
3 to 4 Green Cardamoms
1 or 2 Bay Leaves
1 Black Cardamom
4 cloves
2 small sticks of Cinnamon
4 tbsp Ghee
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
3 to 4 Green Chillies (roughly chopped)
½ cup Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Salt (as per taste)
