It's been awhile since we uploaded a video. About two months actually. During that time we've been filming a project.

This ATV was purchased as a surprise for my brother in law for his birthday back on February 15th, 2021 in Southern VT. We couldn't release the videos until we surprised him as, well, then it wouldn't be a surprise.

The more issues I encountered the longer the project took but here we are at part one of a multipart atv tear down and rebuild series. (spoiler, we fixed it... A few times before I got it right. :))

This one is a basket case. No start. Engine isn't seized... but it won't fully turn over. What will I find? What will it take to rebuild it.

In this video I begin to assess and tear it down hunting for the root cause.
