Every JS NodeJS user runs into a problem with an incompatible node version. NVM is the best solution for it. With NVM, you can install and use any node version with a matter of seconds. Here is how you can easily install it on the Mac:
1. Run this command in terminal: curl -o- [ Ссылка ] | bash
2. Run this one to find out what shell do you use: echo $SHELL
3. If you use zShell run this: vim ~/.zshrc
4. Paste this code:
export NVM_DIR="$([ -z "${XDG_CONFIG_HOME-}" ] && printf %s "${HOME}/.nvm" || printf %s "${XDG_CONFIG_HOME}/nvm")"
[ -s "$NVM_DIR/nvm.sh" ] && \. "$NVM_DIR/nvm.sh" # This loads nvm
5. Restart your terminal
